When it comes to plants, we don't accept returns on them as they would most likely not survive being shipped back to us.
If any plants arrive in poor condition, please take a photo of the plant in its unopened packaging and let me know that photo within 6 hours of the plant’s arrival. We will examine the photo to verify if the plant is dead or stressed. In some cases, we may ask you to give the plant a few days to double check on its condition as plants are usually resilient. Please do not throw away any plants until we have a chance to respond, more often than not plants are usually ok.
We will either replace DOA plants with claims, the money can be returned or it can be used for the next shipment.
If no picture/video is provided for the plants that may be damaged or DOA, our DOA guarantee is VOID.
