Step 1 : Customer “Send Inquiry” to our company by email to indoplantkingdom@gmail.com
Step 2 : “Performa Invoice” we check aquatic plant details and send for approve to customer that will show all details of cost for shipment ( aquatic plant cost , freight cost , packing & shipping cost) , we will send to customer within 24 Hours after receive Inquiry details.
Step 3 : Customer “confirm order” and “transfer money” by Paypal (New!), T/T, or Wester Union to our company account
Step 4 : After we receive the money, We start preparing documents for shipment, Booking space to the Airline and start the quarantine.
Step 5 : Packing and sending aquatic plants
Step 6 : Send a copy of all documents for shipment by Email or Fax and we will send a final invoice to the customer.
Step 7 : Customers send a report of shipment after they received the shipment.
Step 8 : Any DOA ( death on arrival ) plants can be claimed and it will be credited into the next shipment.
When you have placed order for the aquatic plant, we will send a Performa invoice with a summary of your order and the total amount due.
Freight Charge
Freight charge are based on the actual charge from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge as our profit (to know the freight charge please ask).

Important Document Providing.
Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment:
– Invoice,
– Packing List,
– Airway bill,
– Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Indonesia) for Plants
– and/or CITES Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Indonesia
+ COO (Certificate of Origin) (If Needed)
